Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the shopping cart icon and you will be asked for the information necessary to be able to process the order.
Returns Policy We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with the item please contact us immediately and we will arrange its return and a full refund. Cancellations or returns for any other reason must be notified within thirty working days of delivery and goods returned in original saleable condition. You will be refunded in full but buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Delivery We process your order the day it is received. We use Royal Mail First Class and Parcelforce for our UK deliveries. We use a variety of carriers for shipping outside the UK. Due to all items being handcrafted they are often made to order. Dependent on the nature and size of the order delivery times will vary. Please contact us if you would like an idea of despatch times for your order. Most orders will be despatched within 3 days. In case of unusually high demand, we will email you to inform you of the estimated delivery time and an option to cancel should you wish to do so.Our delivery tariffs depend on location and the size of delivery. The cost of delivery will be calculated as part of the check out process. Please note that postage may be subject to additional import taxes or duties based on the destination country's regulations, and any such charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or via Paypal. All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

All due care is taken to ensure that wood products are supplied at the correct level of humidity for their purpose. Natural movement will occur with seasonal changes in temperature and humidity and this will not be considered to be a fault in the goods. Timber is a material whose natural variation in colour and grain is an intrinsic characteristic and is not considered a fault in the goods.
